Richard Joffe has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Richard is currently the CEO and Founder of Honey Insurance, a company focused on providing smart home insurance and implementing safety measures to prevent avoidable accidents. Prior to this, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of Stella Jobs, which later merged with Trustaff & Faststaff. Before that, they co-founded Park Assist, a company that was eventually sold to TKH. Additionally, Richard worked as a Consultant at McKinsey & Company and as an Investment Banking Analyst at Morgan Stanley.

Richard Joffe attended the Ivey Business School at Western University from 1998 to 2002, where they received their HBA degree in Business Management.
