Tyra Koksal

Tyra Koksal has a strong background in learning, capability, and quality management. Tyra currently serves as the Manager of Learning, Capability & Quality at Honey Insurance since January 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Commonwealth Bank for six years. At Commonwealth Bank, they held various roles including Change Learning Designer from May 2021 to January 2023, Change Training Lead from October 2020 to May 2021, and Senior Learning and Development Consultant from January 2017 to May 2021.

Tyra Koksal completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminology - Law & Governance at Macquarie University from 2013 to 2017. In 2018, they obtained a Diploma of Leadership and Management from the Australian Institute of Management. In 2019, they acquired a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment from HBA Learning Centres.
