She has recently returned to HoneyBaked Ham, serving as Chief Marketing Officer, to continue to grow the Brand with a focus on leveraging marketing strategy and enhancing cross-functional effectiveness and omni-channel opportunities.

Jo Ann had previously spent 16 years at HoneyBaked Ham, where she served as Vice President of Marketing and then Chief Marketing Officer. She then spent a few years as Vice President of Brand Marketing and Public Relations at Arby’s Restaurant Group resulting in a profitable and effective brand turnaround. Later, serving as Chief Marketing Officer for Interface, Inc., she globalized their marketing team and brought forth a highly effective, integrated marketing approach. Most recently prior to returning to HoneyBaked Ham in the spring of 2017, she served as interim Chief Marketing Officer at Tropical Smoothie Café.
