Matt Hilton

Matt Hilton has over 10 years of experience in finance and accounting. Matt started their career in 2010 as a Staff Accountant for Novogradac & Company LLP. In 2011, they joined Startupperz Inc. as a Senior Accountant and later as Director of Finance, where they managed a team of 15 finance professionals and assisted with client acquisitions. From 2014 to 2019, they held various positions, including Co-Founder & COO of Officengine, Board Member of Hospitality House, and Board Member of Project Happy Hearts. Matt also served as VP of Finance for both Honeybee Health and Helpr - Corporate Family Support, and Interim Head of Finance for Shippabo (consulting project).

Matt Hilton obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Economics from UC Santa Barbara between 2006 and 2010. During this time, they also studied International Business & Finance at Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona in 2008. Additionally, they hold a Certified Public Accountant certification.
