Sarah Mayo has worked in a variety of roles since 2008. In 2008, they worked as an intern at Close Up at the Newseum, where they assisted with shoots as a PA and logged and batched clips in Final Cut Pro. Sarah then worked at Starbucks from 2009-2012 as a Shift Supervisor, where they oversaw day-to-day operations and communicated professionally with customers and fellow partners. From 2012-2014, they worked at Above the Fold as an Account Manager, where they trained sole proprietors and small business owners on managing their own social media presence, and managed regular updates for clients' online accounts. From 2014-2015, they worked at Hulu as an Escalation Engineer and Customer Support Advocate, where they co-managed a team of 50+ while fielding escalated contacts and mentoring CSAs. From 2015-2019, they worked at SyncOnSet Technologies as Head of Customer Success, where they oversaw the experience and success of customers post-sale beginning with personalized onboarding tutorials for individuals and teams, technical support, and collecting product feedback. Finally, from 2019-present, they have been working at Honeybee Health as VP of Operations and Director of Customer Operations.
Sarah Mayo completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Film and Television Studies from the University of Vermont in 2012. Prior to this, they attended The Madeira School from 2006 to 2008.
