Hadar Shahar is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership recruitment and career development. Currently serving as a Senior HR Business Partner at HoneyBook since January 2022, Hadar previously worked at Meta from May 2016 to January 2022, where roles included Senior Leadership Recruiter and HR - Career Development Site Builder, overseeing recruitment initiatives, career development, and various impactful projects. Prior experience includes positions at NICE Systems as a Senior Recruiter & Event Lead, QualiTest Group, and adam-milo as a Psychologist/Diagnostician. Hadar started a career in a classified role at the Office of the Prime Minister of Israel from March 2009 to April 2011. Academic qualifications include a Master of Arts in Organizational Development and Consulting from the College of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Sciences, Management, and Economics from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev.
