Donnamarie Martin

Donnamarie Martin currently serves as the Director of HR Strategy at Honeycomb Insurance, a position held since August 2025. Previously, Donnamarie held multiple roles at Woebot Labs Inc, including Head of People and People Operations Manager from January 2018 to August 2025. Prior to that, Donnamarie worked as a People Operations Manager at YBR Promotions from June 2015 to June 2017, where significant contributions were made to enhance brand activations and operational processes in collaboration with the CEO. Donnamarie also founded and managed Zesty Cleaning / Dirty Donnie's Green Cleaning Services from August 2009 to January 2015, overseeing all aspects of the business. Earlier experience includes serving as the Wellness Pharmacy Manager at The Hall Center from June 2004 to October 2008, ensuring the successful operation of pharmacy services in a regenerative medicine practice. Donnamarie completed coursework in Business Administration and Management at Santa Monica College from 2004 to 2005.
