Shay Guterman

Shay Guterman has three years of work experience. From 2022 to present, they are a Computer Vision Algorithm Engineer at Honeycomb Insurance. From 2020 to 2022, they were an Algorithm Engineer at ansā, where they developed control algorithms for uniform coffee roasting using computer vision, control theory, physics and common sense. From 2016 to 2020, they were a Physics Research Assistant at The Hebrew University of Jerusalem, where they characterized Multiple Scattering Media by measuring and using its Transmission Matrix. Shay also designed and executed experiments with multiple complex imaging and electro-optics techniques.

Shay Guterman received a Bachelor of Science in Physics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem in 2018, and a M.sc. in Applied Physics with a focus on Optoelectronics from the same university in 2020.
