Candice Pang

Candice Pang has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Product Engineer at Honeycomb.io since March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at D2L as a Software Developer 2 from February 2022 to March 2023, and as a Software Developer from August 2020 to February 2022. Candice also worked as a Full Stack Developer at The University of British Columbia from May 2020 to July 2020, and at A.Y. Technologies Inc. from September 2018 to April 2019. Additionally, they gained teaching experience as an Information Systems Technology and Development Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at UBC Sauder School of Business from January 2018 to April 2018, and as an Introduction to Computer Systems Undergraduate Teaching Assistant at UBC Computer Science Department from July 2015 to December 2016. Candice also had an Agile Developer Internship at SAP from January 2016 to August 2016. Throughout their roles, they acquired skills in various programming languages, tools, and methodologies such as Javascript, HTML, CSS, HighCharts API, Jasmine (Unit Tests), Chrome Debugger, Git, Gerrit, and Jenkins.

Candice Pang obtained their Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) with Honours degree from The University of British Columbia. From 2013 to 2020, they pursued a Combined Major in Business and Computer Science, showcasing their interest and expertise in both fields.
