Alli McGuigan

Alli McGuigan has a diverse background in training and human resources management. They started their career at Apple in 2007 as a Sales Specialist and later became a Lead Concierge. In 2010, they transitioned to the role of Global Guest Trainer, where they facilitated new hire and ongoing training programs for domestic and international audiences. During this time, they also played a significant role in coordinating training for new store openings. From 2010 to 2013, Alli worked as a Human Resources Manager at Apple, creating and implementing training initiatives for over 100 team members.

In 2014, Alli joined Chipotle Mexican Grill as a Recruiting Strategist, responsible for creating regional training plans and establishing partnerships with community organizations to enhance employment branding. They also coordinated the New Restaurant Opening process, ensuring successful management team selection and training. In 2016, Alli transitioned to the role of Regional Recruiting Manager at Chipotle, supporting over 300 restaurants in nine states. They created national training rollout plans and implemented strategies for full life cycle recruiting, hiring, and new hire retention. From 2018 until their current position, Alli has been serving as the Regional Training Manager at Chipotle, where they design training materials based on operational needs and collaborate with the Restaurant Training team.

Most recently, Alli has taken on the role of Training Program Manager at honeygrow, starting in 2023.

Alli McGuigan completed their Master of Science degree (MS) in Education, specifically in Learning Design and Technology, from Purdue University from 2018 to 2019. Prior to their master's degree, they attended Villanova University from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree. Their major fields of study were Sociology and French and Francophone Studies. Aside from their formal education, Alli McGuigan has obtained several additional certifications. Alli received an Agile Project Management Certificate from Pathstream in June 2022 and a CAPM Project Management Course certification from the same institution in May 2022. In July 2019, they obtained the Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT) certification from AHLEI - American Hotel & Lodging Educational Institute. Alli also has certifications in Lominger Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry and Situational Leadership II from The Ken Blanchard Companies, although the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications are not provided.
