Nabila Ghilzai

Nabila Ghilzai is the current Director of Technical Design at Honeylove, and has over two decades of experience in the fashion industry. Nabila has previously worked as a Senior Manager of Technical Design at BCBG Max Azria, where they oversaw garment fits from pre-production through production, and communicated directly with vendors to ensure all deadlines were met. Nabila has also held the position of Director of Technical Design and Product Development at SIMSO TEX Sublimation Printing & Finishing, INC., and Manager of Technical Design and Pattern Development at Byer California. Most recently, they were the Senior Technical Designer at Vince before taking on their current role at Honeylove.

Nabila Ghilzai is a fashion and apparel designer who studied at the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM). Nabila also holds an Associate's Degree in Arts from Mission College, and has completed certification courses in coaching skills for leaders and managers, delegating tasks, and practicing fairness as a manager through LinkedIn.

They are on a team with Kelley Herman - Senior Design Director, Julie Lotz - Director, Design Strategy. Their manager is Julia Handleman, VP, Design & Product Development.
