John Hadfield has a diverse work experience. John started their career as a Car Prep at Enterprise Rent-A-Car in 2001. In 2002, they joined Honeyville, Inc. as a Regional Sales Representative where they serviced numerous accounts in the Latin food and bakery industries. During this role, they reduced credit memos and returned product in the sales territory significantly. John also collected a significant amount from a bankrupted account. In 2008, they were promoted to Vice President Sales & Marketing at Honeyville. In this role, they oversaw pricing strategies, supervised regional sales managers, and trained sales teams. John also developed a business plan and marketing tools for current and new business units. Additionally, they established partnerships with global food and snack companies and introduced new products to diversify the product offering. In 2013, they transitioned to the role of Vice President Industrial Sales & Key Accounts, where they built a customer base for a new technical market and provided support to the corporate marketing team. Finally, in 2016, they became the Vice President of Sales at Honeyville, where their main focus was to increase sales and build a customer base for a new technical market.

John Hadfield attended Brigham Young University - Idaho from 1998 to 2000, where they obtained an Associate's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services. John then furthered their education at Brigham Young University from 2000 to 2002, earning a Bachelor's degree in Marketing Communications.
