Anne T. Madden

Anne T. Madden is the SVP and General Counsel at Honeywell. Anne has a long history of working in different capacities for various companies, including Honeywell, Shearman and Sterling, and KPMG.

Anne began their career at KPMG as an auditor in 1986. Anne then moved on to Shearman and Sterling in 1991, where they worked as an associate focused on M&A and corporate finance. In 1996, Anne joined Honeywell, where they have been ever since. In their current role as SVP and General Counsel, Anne is responsible for the legal affairs of the company.

Anne T. Madden's educational career includes a JD from Fordham University School of Law, an MBA in finance from NYU Stern School of Business, and an MS in accounting from NYU Stern School of Business. Anne also has an AB in English and American literature from Brown University.
