Bret Webster

Bret Webster has extensive experience in procurement and operations within the aerospace and defense sectors. From March 2012 to January 2024, Bret served as VP of Electrical Procurement at Honeywell, leading initiatives in Kanban and overseeing a diverse skill set. Prior roles at Honeywell include Sr. Director of Sourcing Operations, where Bret managed a global team of approximately 80 professionals focused on supplier claims management and cost-saving strategies, and Sr. Director/Tucson Site Leader, responsible for a manufacturing site generating $130M in annual revenue. Previous experience includes positions at Sargent Aerospace & Defense, where Bret held P&L accountability for multiple manufacturing facilities, and began a career at Thermo King as a Manufacturing Engineer. Bret holds an Executive MBA from the University of Tennessee and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Idaho.
