Bria R. Griffith

Bria R. Griffith, PMP, currently serves as the Global Inclusion and Diversity Leader for Honeywell Industrial Automation, with additional responsibilities as the Interim Inclusion and Diversity Leader for Corporate and Energy & Sustainability Solutions. Prior to this role, Bria held various leadership positions within Honeywell, including Director of Inclusion and Diversity for Honeywell Performance Materials and Technologies and Director of I&D for Honeywell Building Technologies and Honeywell Connected Enterprise. From June 2019 to July 2021, Bria served as the Senior Vice President of Strategy at The Lighthouse | Black Girl Projects. Bria's earlier experience includes a decade at CohnReznick LLP, where responsibilities included Chairing the National Diversity & Inclusion Council and leading compliance and monitoring efforts within Government and Public Sector Advisory, alongside serving as the National Corporate Social Responsibility Chair.
