Dave Molin

Dave Molin serves as the Global President of Building Management Systems at Honeywell since 2024, overseeing strategy development, new product innovation, and commercial initiatives within the division. Previously, Dave held various leadership roles at Trane Technologies from 2014 to 2024, including Vice President of Product Management, where responsibilities encompassed product management for HVAC systems and IoT solutions. Additionally, Dave was Vice President and General Manager for Controls and Digital Solutions, managing both commercial controls and digital service offerings. Prior experience includes Vice President of Global Services at Ingersoll Rand in 2013-2014 and a decade-long tenure at Honeywell from 2003 to 2013, focusing on building controls. Early in career, Dave worked at Trane from 1993 to 2003 in business development and marketing. Academic credentials include an MBA from the University of St. Thomas and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Minnesota.
