Elias Flores

Elias Flores is an experienced production supervisor with a strong background in manufacturing management. Currently serving as Supervisor de Producción at Honeywell since December 2023, Elias previously held similar roles at Toyoda Gosei Americas and Faurecia, where responsibilities included overseeing production teams, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, Elias has experience as a Manufacturing Trainee, focusing on the implementation of Lean methodologies and designing work instructions. Elias holds a degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de San Luis Potosí, earned in 2017.
