Eric Boutot

Eric Boutot is a Senior Executive specializing in Global Operations and Supply Chain, with a strong background in Lean methodologies and supply chain processes, including S&OP, forecasting, and materials management. They have held leadership roles at various prominent companies, including GE Vernova and TE Connectivity, where they led significant operational improvements and managed large-scale production facilities, including an expatriate position in China.
