Eric Diken

Eric Diken is a seasoned professional in research and development, currently serving as Sr. Director of R&D at Honeywell since January 2016. In this role, Eric leads multiple teams focused on creating polymer-based products for life sciences, protective, and industrial solutions, with an emphasis on highly regulated applications. Prior to this position, Eric held roles including R&D Director and Sr. R&D Manager, overseeing the development of anti-counterfeiting technologies and field-portable chemical sensors for homeland defense at Smiths Detection from August 2005 to January 2016. Eric earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Physics from Yale University and a B.A. in Chemistry from Rutgers University.
