Gerhard Schroter

Gerhard Schroter is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development and military leadership. At Honeywell, from January 2017 to December 2019, Gerhard served as Director of Business Development and previously as Senior Business Development Manager. Prior to this role, Gerhard was Chief of Staff at the U.S. Army Tank Automotive Command Life Cycle Management Command from August 2015 to October 2016, overseeing 17,000 personnel and a $30 billion annual budget. Gerhard also held the position of Commander at Tobyhanna Army Depot, leading over 3,900 employees in support of C4ISR programs with a workload exceeding $900 million annually. Early career roles include Mobility Operations Division Chief at United States Army Europe, and J4 (Forward) Advising and Training at United States Forces Iraq. Gerhard's education includes an Executive Leadership Program from UNC Kenan-Flagler Business School and a Graduate Certificate in European Security Studies from the Geneva Centre for Security Policy.
