Jay Shah

Jay Shah, JD, MBA, CIPP-US, currently serves as General Counsel for Securities, Corporate Finance, and Global Cybersecurity at Honeywell, a role held since May 2021. Shah also oversees legal matters for the Honeywell Connected Enterprise, which specializes in software and Industrial Internet of Things solutions. Prior to this, Shah was Vice President & Associate General Counsel at Wolters Kluwer, leading legal initiatives for the Tax & Accounting division. Shah has extensive experience in corporate law, having held positions as Legal Director, Senior Counsel at Alston & Bird, LLP, and Corporate Finance Associate at McKenna Long & Aldridge LLP, representing various companies in transactional and regulatory matters. Shah earned a JD/MBA from The University of Alabama School of Law and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
