Jennifer Reilly

Jennifer Reilly is an experienced human resources executive currently serving as CHRO and VP of Human Resources and Communication for Energy and Sustainability Solutions at Honeywell since May 2023. Prior roles include Vice President of Human Resources and Communications for Safety & Productivity Solutions at Honeywell, Senior Vice President and CHRO at MKS Instruments, and Vice President of Human Resources for the Life Sciences Platform at Danaher Corporation. Reilly's extensive background also features leadership roles at Radiometer and ChemTreat, both part of Danaher Corporation, and significant positions at The Hershey Company and General Mills. Reilly holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations and Human Resources from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Religion from St. Olaf College.
