Jessica Dougan

Jessica Dougan is a seasoned leader in the aerospace industry, currently serving as the Director of Growth & Innovation at Honeywell since August 2014. In this role, Jessica spearheads initiatives for avionics, navigation, sensors, and space product portfolios. Previous positions at Honeywell include Director of Product Marketing, where Jessica implemented marketing strategies for connected products and services, and Director of Offering Management, where a marketing strategy was developed for cloud-based IoT offerings aimed at tripling revenue. Jessica has also held leadership roles at Creative Beyond Software Consulting Agency, where a SaaS consulting firm was successfully built, and at ThinkVine Marketing Analytics, contributing to a significant increase in market share. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Arts in Design and Applied Arts from Columbus State University and has furthered education at Georgia State University and Mercer University.
