Jill Wright

Jill Wright is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within the aerospace and manufacturing sectors. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at Honeywell Aerospace since October 2005, Jill functions as an HR Business Partner for a global Aerospace IT function, directly reporting to the Tier 1 CIO and VP of HR. Prior to this, Jill held positions at Honeywell, including HR Manager for the Customer & Product Support team and Senior Human Resources Generalist. Jill’s earlier experience includes Human Resources Organizational Development at Toyota Motor Manufacturing, where collaboration with Japan's HRD team focused on enhancing problem-solving capabilities, and a Human Resources Manager role at HNI Corporation, where Jill led change management and safety initiatives. Jill's career began in real estate at Lepic Kroeger Realtors. Jill holds a degree in Business Management with a focus on Organizational Development and Human Resources from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
