Karma Len

Karma Len is an accomplished Director of UX Design currently at Honeywell, where responsibilities include setting the UX design direction for Honeywell Connected Enterprise software and leading cross-functional collaboration to enhance user experiences in Cloud SaaS applications. Previously, as Sr. Chief Designer at Samsung Electronics, Karma Len established key User Research Networks across Asia and played a critical role in developing the Samsung Corporate Design Center. Earlier roles at Philips Electronics India and Hong Kong Polytechnic University involved establishing user-centered design competencies and engaging in design research. Karma Len holds a Bachelor's degree in Product Design from the National Institute of Design and has experience as a design intern at Swatch Group.
