Max Green is an accomplished executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in sales, business development, and operations. They served in various roles with the US Marine Corps from 1996 to 2008, honing skills in strategic communication and decision-making. Max held several leadership positions at Harris Corporation, including VP/GM of Wireless Solutions, where they managed a $250 million P&L and led significant revenue growth initiatives. Currently, they are the Director of Sales for Smart Energy at Honeywell and previously served as CEO and Founder of Leader Brewing from 2019 to 2025. Max earned a BS in MSE from the University of Arizona, an MBA from the University of Maryland, and an MSEE in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School.
