Noelle Walker

Noelle Walker is a skilled professional with a strong background in proposal coordination and higher education. Currently serving as the Proposal Coordination and Development Manager for Federal Energy at Honeywell since May 2023, Noelle oversees the entire proposal process and leads cross-functional teams in developing persuasive proposals.
