Steven Tin

Steven Tin is a Sr. R&D Manager at Honeywell with over a decade of experience leading teams of PhD scientists in the development of disruptive technologies, including optical inertial sensors and miniature atomic clocks. Previously serving as Technology Portfolio Manager for Navigation & Sensors, Steven managed a diverse research portfolio of over 30 programs covering various advanced technologies such as LIDAR and artificial intelligence. Earlier roles include Principal R&D Scientist and Senior R&D Scientist, focusing on high-performance MEMS and atomic microsystems, with awarded external programs exceeding $20 million. Steven's foundational research experience was garnered at Cornell University, where a PhD in Electrical Engineering was obtained, alongside a BS degree from the University of California, Davis.
