Yan Wu

Yan (Karen) Wu has extensive experience in strategy, business development, program management, and customer experience. They served as a BD and Strategy Senior Manager at Associated British Foods plc from 2012 to 2017, and held various leadership roles at Honeywell from 2019 to 2023, including Program Management Director and Director of Key Account BD. Prior to that, they worked as an Associate Consultant at Bain & Company and a BD and Strategy Senior Analyst at The Walt Disney Company. Additionally, Yan was a Strategy Manager at PepsiCo from 2010 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Peking University.
