Enoch Fung

Enoch Fung, MAoF, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Hong Kong Academy of Finance and the Executive Director of the Hong Kong Institute for Monetary and Financial Research, both positions held since July 2023. Prior to these roles, Enoch Fung was with the Hong Kong Monetary Authority for over a decade, culminating in the position of Head of External / Market Development / Financial Stability Surveillance from 2011 until July 2023. Enoch Fung began the professional career as a Senior Economist at Goldman Sachs, contributing to the field from 2000 to 2011.
