Before Hactl, Ryan Leung held various commercial and business development roles at the Hong Kong Productivity Council from August 2010 to October 2012. Ryan Leung obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Geography and Resource Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Japanese Studies at the same institution, starting in September 2023.
