Ryan Leung has over a decade of experience in customer services and commercial roles within the air cargo industry, currently serving as Manager of Customer Services at Hactl - Hong Kong Air Cargo Terminals Limited since October 2012. Prior positions include Assistant Manager of Terminal Services and Senior Officer of Customer Services, focusing on account servicing and charter flight handling. Before Hactl, Ryan Leung held various commercial and business development roles at the Hong Kong Productivity Council from August 2010 to October 2012. Ryan Leung obtained a Bachelor of Social Science in Geography and Resource Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2012 and is currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Japanese Studies at the same institution, starting in September 2023.
