Johannes Jägersberg

Johannes Jägersberg's work experience includes holding the role of Head of Product Management at HAECO since 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Lufthansa Technik Shenzhen Co., Ltd. from 2004 to 2023. During their time at Lufthansa Technik, Jägersberg held various leadership positions, including Head of Process & Project, Section Manager - Customer Service & Account Management, and Team Lead - Customer Service & Account Manager. In these roles, they oversaw process improvements, managed teams and projects, developed IT solutions, and enhanced customer service. Johannes also demonstrated expertise in lean processes, sustainability, and financial control.

Johannes Jägersberg attended the Technische Hochschule Wildau from 1996 to 2001, where they obtained a Diploma in Business Administration & International Logistics. In addition to their degree, they have received several certifications in various fields, including performance management, project management, Six Sigma, lean manufacturing, and leadership.
