Roy Shearer

Roy was appointed Group Director Finance in August 2021. He was previously Finance Director of Swire Pacific Offshore in Singapore, and Chief Financial Officer of Swire Oilfield Services in the UK. Prior to joining the Swire group in 2015, he held a number of finance and treasury roles in the oil and gas industry in the UK, the Netherlands, and United Arab Emirates.
