Alex Wong

Alex Wong is an experienced IT professional currently serving as the Assistant General Manager for Strategy and Digital Operation at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) since September 2015. Previously, Alex held roles as Senior IT Manager focusing on Strategy and Operations and Strategy and Architecture, leading significant IT teams and establishing a strategic roadmap towards a "Smart Towngas." Alex's prior experience includes positions such as Chief Information Officer at GE Capital, Vice President at JP Morgan Chase, and various managerial roles at HSBC and GE Money Asia. Alex began the career at Citifood Manufacturing Co. as an IT Officer. Alex obtained a degree from York University from 1994 to 1997.
