Chan Billy, Tsz Lung is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in the logistics and gas industries. Currently serving as Deputy General Manager (Jinan JV) at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited since August 2020, Chan previously held significant roles at 和記黃埔港口集團, including Assistant General Manager, Senior Commercial Manager, and Manager - Premium End-User Marketing, where responsibilities included customer relationship management and operational leadership. Earlier in the career, Chan worked at A&S(HK) Logistics Limited as Duty Officer, overseeing logistics operations, and at CTC Trading Company as Marketing & IT Executive.
