Decha Chang

Decha Chang is an experienced professional with extensive expertise in executive leadership and recruitment. Currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at LEU CONS LTD since May 2020, Decha also held a significant role related to the Hokkaido Shinkansen project at LEU CONSTRUCTION LTD. Additionally, Decha has been a recruiter at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited since January 2007.
