Jinbai Zhang

Jinbai Zhang currently serves as Senior Vice President at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas), where responsibilities include investment and management, carbon trading, power trading, and asset M&A since May 2021. Prior to this role, Jinbai Zhang held multiple positions at ENGIE from March 2015 to May 2021, including EVP of Clean Energy for ENGIE China and CEO of ENGIE Energy Marketing (China), as well as EVP of Renewable Power and Chongqing Representative. Additionally, experience at EDF from November 2011 to February 2015 included roles as Director of the Production Group and Renewable Energy Project Manager. Jinbai Zhang holds a Doctor's Degree in Chemical & Process Engineering from CNRS and a Bachelor's degree in Biology Engineering from South China University of Technology.
