Tsz Wai is an accomplished culinary professional currently serving as Executive Chef at The Hong Kong and China Gas Company Limited (Towngas) since May 2022. Prior experience includes Senior Sous Chef roles at Soho House & Co from August 2019 to May 2022 and at The Murray, Hong Kong, a Niccolo Hotel from August 2017 to August 2019. Tsz Wai also held the position of Sous Chef at Swire Hotels from January 2014 to July 2017.
