Michelle Chan

Michelle Chan is a seasoned educational leader and researcher with a diverse background spanning several sectors. Currently serving as a Lecturer and Head of the Education Leadership and School Partnership Office at Hong Kong Baptist University since September 2020, Michelle oversees significant school leadership training programmes commissioned by the Education Bureau. Prior to this role, Michelle was a Research Manager at Brunswick Group, where Michelle led the Asia Analysis and Research Centre, providing corporate research support for various projects. Earlier experience includes teaching English at S.K.H. Holy Trinity Church Secondary School and working in financial communications at Strategic Financial Relations Limited. Michelle holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Education and a Postgraduate Diploma in Education from Hong Kong Baptist University, as well as a Bachelor of Arts in Translation & Chinese from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University.
