Prior to this, Raymond held the position of Head of Products (Innovation) at MTR Corporation Limited and served as a Business Consultant for ワタミ株式会社, where significant digital sales growth was achieved. As the founder of TGG Interactive, Raymond expanded a gaming company to a team of 100 within five years before successful acquisition. Furthermore, as a founding partner at Global Gaming Group, Raymond helped develop a portfolio that generated substantial annual revenue. Early career roles included senior software positions at TiVo, E*TRADE, Business Wire, and i2 Technologies, demonstrating a strong foundation in software engineering and data analytics. Raymond holds a B.A.Sc. in Engineering & Management Science from the University of Waterloo.
