David Greaves has worked as the Chief Financial Officer at the Hong Kong Rugby Union since 2013. Prior to that, they held the role of Audit Manager at PwC Hong Kong and mainland China from 2010 to 2013. David also served as an Audit Manager at PwC UK from 2005 to 2010.
David Greaves pursued their education at the University of Birmingham. In 2001, they began studying Materials Science and Engineering/Sports Science and successfully completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in 2004. Following this, they joined the same university for further specialization, enrolling in a Master of Research program in Polymer Chemistry in 2004 and completing it in 2005. Additionally, they obtained the ACA certification from ICAEW in October 2008.

Founded in 1952, Hong Kong China Rugby is the governing body of Hong Kong Rugby and a non-profit organisation where all revenue is channeled back into developing the game. Domestically, Hong Kong China Rugby has flourished with 60 men's teams playing in Eight Divisions and 25 women's teams in three Divisions. We offer competitive and social rugby to Tertiary and Junior (Colts, Schools and Mini) players in Hong Kong as well as bespoke coaching and referee courses for those who do not want to play rugby but wish to be involved.
