Paul Liu

Paul Liu is currently the Chairman of the Liu Po Shan Education Foundation, where Paul supports educational initiatives for Liu Po Shan Memorial College and 廖寶珊紀念書院. Paul is also a Fellow at the Hong Kong Computer Society and serves as a Director at Ritzy Research Institute Limited, focusing on artificial intelligence, banking, finance, and network security. Additionally, Paul is involved in various community organizations such as the 潮州商會 and 潮陽同鄉會. With a background in Electrical Engineering and Physics, Paul is dedicated to utilizing technology and data analytics in their roles as a Director at Social Mind Analytics and MobiApp Plus Limited.
