Rocky Cheng

Rocky Cheng is currently the Chief Executive Officer at Cyberport Hong Kong and the President of Hong Kong Computer Society. Prior to these roles, Rocky served as the Chief Information Officer at Bank of China (Hong Kong). Rocky holds a Doctor's Degree in Business Administration from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, a Master's degree in Public Administration from Tsinghua University, a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from The Chinese University of Hong Kong, and a Master's degree in Computer Science from City University of Hong Kong. Additionally, Rocky has furthered their education at London Business School and Cambridge Judge Business School.
