CC Chau is an accomplished IT management professional with extensive experience in IT service operations and management across multiple prestigious organizations. Currently serving as Head of IT Service Operations Management at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited since September 2020, CC Chau oversees IT Services Operation Management, Account Management, Supplier Management, and leads various operational processes. Previously, at Nomura from 2004 to 2019, CC Chau held several senior leadership roles, including Global Head of ITSM Tools and Global Head of ITSM, managing large teams and implementing global strategies for service management and infrastructure operations. CC Chau began a career at Nomura Research Institute, serving as Deputy General Manager for two decades before transitioning to Nomura. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
