Jeffrey Lam

Jeffrey Lam is the Head of Client Services at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) where Jeffrey leads a team of 30 staff in overseeing various client portals, hotlines, reporting systems, and day-to-day interaction channels. With a background in internal audit and operations project management at major financial institutions such as Barclays Investment Bank, Goldman Sachs, and Morgan Stanley, Jeffrey is experienced in improving service quality, efficiency, and customer experience throughout the client journey. Jeffrey holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Statistics from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.
