Paul Malam

Paul Malam is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in regulatory policy and listing services within financial markets. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited since September 2006, Paul Malam leads listing policy projects and contributes to various Exchange policy initiatives. Previous roles include Senior Manager at HKEX, responsible for drafting internal and published papers on regulatory changes, and an Associate at the Financial Services Authority and London Stock Exchange, focusing on rule changes and regulatory obligations for listed companies. Paul Malam holds a BA from the University of Oxford and has foundational education from Bedford School.
