Victoria Jackson

Victoria Jackson is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Head of Internal and Digital Communications at Hong Kong Exchanges and Clearing Limited (HKEX) since November 2021. Previously, Victoria held the position of Global Head of Internal Communications at AIA from January 2017 to October 2021, where leadership was provided for communications across 18 countries. In a prior role as CEO Communications Manager at NatWest, Victoria managed internal communications during a significant rebrand. Victoria also led strategic communications for RBS in India, focusing on internal and external messaging for a large employee base. Earlier career experience includes roles at Scottish Widows Investment Partnership as a Senior Communications Adviser and Corporate Communications Specialist.
