Jeanette Mao

Jeanette Mao has extensive work experience in the aviation industry, with their most recent role being the Chief Executive Officer at HK Express starting in 2023. Prior to this, they held various positions at Cathay Pacific Airways, including General Manager Inflight Service Delivery, Head of Cargo Global Partnerships, Manager International Affairs Department, Manager, Economy Cabin Product and Inflight Entertainment, and Passenger Sales Manager in Shanghai. Before joining Cathay Pacific Airways, they worked at Dragonair as the Chief Representative in Qingdao, China, and as the Assistant to the General Manager in Revenue Management and Pax Sales.

Jeanette Mao completed their Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) in Computer Science Information Engineering from The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology in 2002. Jeanette then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Finance, General from the same institution, graduating in 2005.
