Rina Kwan

Rina Kwan has a diverse work experience in public relations and corporate communications. Rina has worked as the Head of Public Relations at HK Express since 2023 and previously held the role of Senior Manager, Corporate Communications at Manulife Hong Kong and Macau from 2022 to 2023. Prior to that, they were the Corporate Affairs & Engagement Manager at L'Oréal from 2018 to 2022 and the Public Relations Manager at UnionPay International from 2015 to 2018. Rina also has experience as a Senior Public Relations Executive at the Hong Kong Tourism Board from 2012 to 2015 and as a Le French May Officer at the Consulate General of France in Hong Kong and Macau from 2011 to 2012.

Rina Kwan holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication Studies from The University of Western Australia. Rina is currently pursuing a Master of Laws (LLM) in Corporate Financial Law from The University of Hong Kong. In 2018, they completed a Master's degree in International and Public Affairs from The University of Hong Kong. Rina also studied International/Global Studies at Peking University in the same year. Rina has additional certifications in Sustainability Strategies from LinkedIn and a Diplôme Approfondi de Langue Française (DALF C1) from the Ministère de l'Éducation nationale, de la Jeunesse et des Sports. Rina has also taken the CFA Level 1 exam, but the year of completion is unknown.
