The Company operates through four segments. The Property Development segment is engaged in the development and sales of properties. The Property Investment segment is engaged in the leasing of properties. The Ferry, Shipyard and Related Operations segment is engaged in the operation of dangerous goods vehicular ferries, as well as the provision of cruise vessels, ship repair and ship maintenance services. The Securities Investment segment is engaged in debt and equity securities investment.
